The school organised IH English Elocution Competition for junior (VII-VIII) & senior (IX, X & XI) for the Session 2025-26 on 22 & 23 Aug 25 respectively. A total of 24 participants from six houses participated in the competition. Lt Col Pinaki Maulik, Officiating Principal, graced the competition (junior) as the Chief Guest. Cdt Louis C J Phukon (VII) and Cdt Debasana Ngangbam (VIII) bagged the first and the second position in junior category respectively, whereas, three cdts namely, Cdt Bidyut Bikash Pegu (VIII), Cdt Abhishek Chetry and Cdt Mirge Ado (VIII) secured the third position. The winners of the junior category were awarded certificate of merit by Lt Cdr Avnish Sethi, Adm Officer.
The first position in senior category was clinched by Cdt Mohak Kalita (XI). Cdt Cdt Al Shuhail Islam (IX) and Cdt Kartik Upneja (XI) secured the second and the third position respectively. Chilarai House emerged as the overall winner of the competition. Lachit House secured the second position whereas, the third position was jointly bagged by Eklavya House and Lohit House. Col D K Vishwakarma, Principal graced the competition (senior) as the Chief Guest and awarded certificates of appreciation to the winners of the category.
