SSG organised a motivational talk featuring distinguished Ex-SSGian, Col Bhaskar Jyoti Hazarika, on 12 Jun 26. On the occasion, Col D K Vishwakarma, Principal, felicitated Col Hazarika with a traditional Assamese ‘gamosa’ and a school memento as a mark of respect and appreciation.
In his address, Col Hazarika exhorted the cadets of his alma mater to join the Indian Armed Forces. He emphasised the importance of developing Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) through self-discipline and active participation in the diverse co-curricular and extracurricular activities conducted by the school.
Col Hazarika was accompanied by his batchmate and fellow Ex-SSGian, Mr Niljyoti Mahanta, who was also felicitated by the Principal.
The programme concluded with the Principal expressing his heartfelt gratitude to Col Bhaskar Jyoti Hazarika and Mr Niljyoti Mahanta for taking the time to interact with the cadets and motivating them to pursue excellence and serve the nation with pride.
